FT Thermistor

FT thermistors are unlike any conventional thermistors, featuring fast response time, high heat resistance and reliability, realized through ultra-miniaturization. SEMITEC’S FT thermistors are fully compliant with RoHS DIRECTIVE2011/65/EU.
- A thin resistive film (typically tens to hundreds of nanometers thick)
- High accuracy and good repeatability.
- Exhibits good long-term stability.
